Comfortable bed, but dirty bathroom amenities.

the so-called king room was shabby and dirty, with sunflower seeds next to the bed. the free breakfast was a joke, only a few pieces of bread available. I expected some complimentary gesture for my troubles, but nope! I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn’t. what a disappointment this place is!

The staff was wonderful and very nice.

Unfortunately, my stay was riddled with disturbances. I heard noise from neighboring rooms, making it hard to get a decent night's sleep. It seemed like there was a lack of soundproofing, which definitely affected my experience.

Just an excellent fit for a fleeting pause in Oak Forest with outstanding value. The staff were super helpful when I needed extra towels. Arrive early if you want a better choice of parking spots.

Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, but the indoor pool was a nice way to unwind.

i loved the clean room, which was a perfect base for exploring nearby parks like midlothian meadows forest preserve, just under 2 km away, and kostner park, only about 3.5 km away, offering plenty of picturesque walking areas and landmarks to enjoy during my weekend trip.

The hotel presented significant cleanliness issues, with dirty walls and a sticky elevator floor. A strong odor of smoke permeated the premises, and the bathroom facilities were subpar, including a sagging mattress and a stopped-up sink. However, the check-out time of 12 noon was convenient, and the iron in the room worked perfectly for quick touch-ups. It’s important to consider the surroundings, as the parking lot was riddled with potholes and the area felt unsafe due to loiterers.

I truly enjoyed the friendly staff who assisted me with my check-in, ensuring I was comfortable right from the start. The location was convenient, just a short drive to various attractions, and I particularly appreciated the clean and well-maintained room.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free parking, a fitness center, a great indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. Staff helped me with early check-in during my first stay. I highly recommend it and am coming back for Easter.
